Eligibility for Exchange and Refund:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken, you are eligible for a return or exchange. -
Incorrect or Misrepresented Items:
If the item you received is not as described on our website or if the wrong item was sent, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund. -
Non-returnable Items:
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Booking amounts are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched or is in process.

Packaging Damage:
If the courier bag or parcel packaging appears damaged, please record a video while opening the package. This will help us process any claims for damage or issues more efficiently. -
Time Limit for Complaints:
Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept claims made after this period. -
Missing Complimentary Items:
Complimentary items such as shoes or headbands, when offered with a dress, are not charged separately. If such items are missing, we regret that a refund cannot be issued. However, we will do our best to include them in your next order if possible.
